Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Granpai3DGlobe (the “Software”), including the free version distributed independently and the Pro add-on sold as a subscription or lifetime license. By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Software
Granpai3DGlobe is a WordPress plugin. It comes in two parts:
- Free plugin — available at no cost, with the feature limits described on our Pricing page.
- Pro add-on — a paid, separate plugin that unlocks additional features. Pro requires the Free plugin to be installed and active.
2. License Grant
Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on the number of sites specified in your plan. This is a license to use the Software, not a transfer of ownership — we retain all rights, title, and interest in the Software itself.
3. Payments & Billing
Pro purchases and subscription payments are processed by Freemius, our third-party payment and licensing provider. By purchasing, you also agree to Freemius’s own Terms of Service, which govern the payment transaction itself.
The Pro (Annual) plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand. You can cancel anytime from your Freemius customer dashboard; canceling stops future renewals but does not refund payments already made, except as described in our Refund Policy.
Pro Lifetime is a one-time payment with no recurring billing, and includes one year of updates and support from the purchase date (see our Pricing page for current terms).
4. Acceptable Use
You may not: redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Pro add-on’s source code; remove or alter licensing checks; use the Software for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to reverse-engineer the Pro add-on beyond what’s permitted by applicable law.
5. Support & Updates
Free plan users can reach us via our Facebook Fanpage. Pro plan users receive priority email support for as long as their license is active. Software updates are provided for as long as your license is active (Pro Annual) or during your included update period (Pro Lifetime — see Pricing for current terms). We aim to keep the Software compatible with recent WordPress versions but cannot guarantee compatibility with every theme, plugin, or hosting environment.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to the Software will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Software at any time; the Free plugin can simply be deactivated and deleted, and Pro subscriptions can be canceled from your Freemius dashboard.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above whenever we make changes.
