Refund Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the Granpai3DGlobe Pro add-on (Annual and Lifetime plans), processed through our payment provider, Freemius.

14-Day Refund Window

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase and have not yet downloaded the Pro add-on, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.

If you’ve already downloaded the Pro add-on, refund requests made within the same 14-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis. Let us know what didn’t work for you — a bug, a missing feature, trouble getting set up — and we’ll do our best to fix it first. If we can’t, we’ll issue a refund.

What’s Not Covered

  • Renewal payments. Automatic renewals of Pro Annual are not refundable. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel from your Freemius customer dashboard before the renewal date.
  • Requests after 14 days. We’re not able to offer refunds once the 14-day window has passed.
  • Plan or billing-cycle changes. Upgrading between plans, or switching billing cycles on an existing purchase, is not itself a refundable event.

Effect of a Refund on Your License

Approving a refund automatically deactivates the associated Pro license. Pro features check your license status each time they run, so once a license is deactivated, Pro features stop working immediately — even if the plugin files remain installed on your site. Continuing to use Pro features after a refund, including by attempting to bypass or remove license checks, is a violation of our Terms of Service.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us via our Facebook Fanpage or at hi@granpai.com with your order details (the email address used at checkout is enough for us to look it up). Refunds are processed through Freemius; once approved, funds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. Freemius’s own Terms of Service also apply to the payment transaction itself.
